Educator, speaker, content creator, and youth advocate.
I am an educator, speaker, content creator, and above all else, a youth advocate.
I believe deeply in youth empowerment as the way to move our society forward. I aim to equip kids with the tools to build a positive relationship with themselves. When a child has a strong sense of self, they are better able to navigate challenges, stay motivated, and take ownership of their lives.
My work focuses on helping young people develop proactive mental health skills so they can take care of themselves, not just when things go wrong, but in how they show up every day.
Through social emotional learning, educational psychology, and positive youth development, I have created programs and curriculum designed to help kids become their own best friend while also building stronger, more supportive communities around them.
The goal of this work is not to stop kids from struggling, but to empower them to take care of themselves through the struggles that shape who they are.
I have worked with young people in multiple arenas for the past twelve years, and that experience continues to shape the way I approach this work today.
To help kids grow in loving and supportive ways is my greatest passion, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do this work in schools, communities, and beyond.
