The Better Movement is the social media arm of this work, designed to make these ideas accessible to as many young people as possible. Through consistent content and conversation, it provides tools, perspective, and support for young people looking to better understand themselves and take care of their mental and emotional well-being.
Better Academy is a 6-week cohort experience for young people who want to go deeper into this work. Through guided sessions, reflection, and shared learning, participants build the skills needed to better support themselves while growing alongside others committed to doing the same. The first cohort launches this June and is for any high schooler that wants to be a part of the founding class. Sign up here for more information:
